Stainless-steel cladding with PSMR (polysurlin moisture retarder) is coating a metal or any substrate with thin layers of polyethylene and surlin material on either one both sides. These layers are integrally bonded to one another by pressing or rolling sheets under high pressure.
We offer three types of surface finishes for the stainless-steel cladding after the paint is applied. Smooth, Stucco Embossed and Corrugated finishes. We also provide pre-painted deep corrugated sheets if you want cladding for a larger surface area having a bigger diameter. Our products are compliant with all industry standards and available in various sizes to suit a vast range of application needs.
At Paragon Coating LLC, stainless steel cladding paint is done using the T-304/T-304L and T-316/T-316L types of stainless steel. Usage of these alloys is done as they meet the ASTM A-240 standards and industrial guidelines. They have a special soft annealed temper for easy fabrication. Along with this, there are a few other specifications that you can get when you book your order from us. Our stainless-steel cladding paint for both sides has an emittance value of a minimum of 0.80. This is measured by the standard process of ASTM A240.

Why use Stainless steel Cladding?
- Industrial plants working with very high temperatures, corrosive fluids and internal pressures require stainless-steel cladding which are highly resistant to environmental effects.
- Building large structures completely with stainless-steel is economically not viable, so fabricate the equipment or appliances with carbon steel and then coat them with stainless-steel on both sides to withstand the wear and tear of operating under demanding conditions.
