We at Paragon Coating develop best-in-class aluminium sheets with various types of finishing. You can get the exterior surface in smooth, stucco (hammer or diamond) and corrugated finishes, depending on your requirement. We also offer pre-painted sheets and coils, as well as sheets with insulation (PSMR) cladding.

Flat-rolled aluminium sheets

Our aluminium sheets come in standard dimensions: width 33 inches, with a maximum length of 12 feet (8- and 10-feet length options are also possible). All our sheets meet all industry standards and our factory has been certified for the same. We ensure that the sheets’ chemical composition and strength during manufacturing and alloying also follow the ASTM B209 process.

Once completed, we can also sell the aluminium sheets or coils completely packaged for your use. You can order them in any kind of finish, with or without paint coating, and with or without insulation coating using PSMR.

You can also choose which alloy will be used in your aluminium sheets: 3105 or 3103.

Why choose Paragon’s aluminium sheets?

All the corrugated sheets that you get at Paragon Coating are having a top layer of PFMB or poly film moisture barrier. This PFMB is applied in the form of a paint coating and then heat lamination is done on top, making it ultra-resistant to corrosion. The PFMB layer is made using polyethylene and Surlyn. The total thickness here is not more than 3 mil. This PFMB coating makes our aluminium deep corrugated sheets much stronger and more resistant to corrosion, and also prevent crevice and pitting from appearing.

01. What kind of tests are done on the sheets?

All our sheets are put through a series of rigorous tests ensuring the best possible quality in the market. Flammability test, WVTR/PSMR test, Tensile Strength test, Mechanical Analysis, Pencil Hardness test, T-Bend test, Cross hatch test, Impact test and Adhesion test are conducted on all our sheets resulting in highly durable, high-tear resistant and top-quality sheets for wide range of application.

02. What is the emittance of the sheets?

The aluminium deep corrugated sheets manufactured at Paragon Coating have an emittance that meets the industrial standards as specified in the ASTM C1371. Emittance for bare aluminium is 0.1, all colors painted expect clear is 0.8 and those painted with clear coating is 0.5

03. What type of end finishes are available?

You can get the exterior surface of painted finish, smooth and stucco finish or embossed surface finish.

04. Where are these aluminum sheets used?

Our aluminum sheets are used mostly for insulation purposes but on flat surfaces, vessels, equipment, towers, vertical cylinder tanks which have a diameter of more than 8 feet. The aluminium corrugated sheets prevent damage, UV exposure, corrosion, and also have water resistivity.
