4 types of metal finishes
SURFACE FINISHES
Our aluminium sheets, rolls and coils are available in different finishes that meet different requirements for different applications.
1. SMOOTH FINISH
The default look gained after aluminium undergoes processing is what is called Smooth or Mill finish. Sheets, coils or rolls with smooth finish will not have any surface treatment, resulting in the natural colour of aluminium which is silver. Those who prefer a simple and clean-looking finish can opt for this, which is probably why this is by far the most popular finished form of aluminium in the market.
Smooth finish aluminium can shed water the best, and has high reflective glare, making it widely used in the inner parts of finished products. However, if it needs to be used in very wet regions or exposed to varying temperature ranges, then it is better to add a paint coating or insulation coating to the metal for added protection.

2. STUCCO EMBOSSED OR HAMMER FINISH
The stucco embossed finish can be good for those who need a repair of the scratches and physical imperfections after years after installation. Stucco finish also reduces the reflective glare of the surface considerably and increases the strength and rigidity of the aluminium.
This finish of aluminium finds usage in many applications including refrigerators and freezer linings, trailers, vehicle cladding and insulation. Stucco embossing also serves to enhance the metal’s appearance and aesthetics as well. Owing to the lightweight nature of aluminium, these embossed sheets are highly versatile and can be applied to many fields.

3. STUCCO/DIAMOND FINISH
Our aluminium products are available with special Stucco Diamond finish providing an anti-slip surface. We provide Diamond finish in various colours either by painting or powder coating.
Diamond finished aluminium products work very well in high-corrosion environments and projects for which strength and low cost are paramount. From truck boxes to airport jetways, you can see many applications of diamond finished aluminium, thanks to its high durability and affordability.

- Guarding the Interior corners of the building against dents, scratches or any additional damages
- Protects large vehicles and trailers from any harsh weather or physical materials such as rock, salt, chemicals while on the road.
- Mounting boards are made using diamond finished aluminium sheets which the contractors use to board any equipment at their shop or factory for it provides a great corrosion resistant surface to install any component needed for the project.
4. CORRUGATED/DEEP CORRUGATED FINISH
A corrugated finish is ideal for all roofing and cladding needs, because it makes the aluminium sheet/roll/coil easy to use, durable, and economical. Corrugation has many advantages in cladding or insulation because it is lightweight and resistant to corrosion in almost any kind of environment, including highly corrosive industrial conditions.
5mm Corrugation
Deep corrugated sheets are used for equipment, vessels, and vertical storage tanks with an outer diameter larger than 2.5Mtr. Corrugated aluminium roofing sheets are oxidation resistant warding off the vapors of organic compounds and chemicals, thus prolonging the life and looks of the metal.
Manufactured using alloys 3105 or 3003, SS304/SS316, we at Paragon Coating offer corrugated products with or without coating, with or without PSMR on the exterior or interior surface – totally customisable as per your needs.
